Does Saturn in the 7th house really mean someone will never find love or get married?

I've been reading about Saturn in the 7th house and keep running into the same interpretations: delays in relationships, loneliness, marrying late or not at all, cold or difficult partners, etc. Some of it sounds pretty fatalistic, so I'm curious what more experienced people think.
Does Saturn in the 7th really mean a person won't find love or get married? Or is that an oversimplified reading?
If anyone here has this placement, what has your experience been? Did you eventually find a meaningful relationship or get married?
Is there anything that helps people "work with" this placement, like the Saturn return, maturity, or certain lessons that come first?
I'd especially love to hear real stories from people who feel they've moved past the harder side of this placement. Thanks in advance! 🙏

For those who aren’t aware of the recent events around racism and well-known astrologer Steven Forrest, I will paste a text excerpt from Chris Brennan’s Facebook post that specifically lists what Forrest has done and said so that any who comment here can be clear on the issues.
