Venus/Pluto is part of a Grand Air Trine with the Venus-ruled Libra Moon. A specific choice regarding relationships, money or values is intensified, making it the unmistakable pick for you. Although Venus in Gemini is light, Pluto adds magnetism that's just strong enough to compel but not so strong that it's overwhelming. So you'll know immediately that this person/opportunity/attraction is serious and will transform your ideas about happiness and self-esteem. Also good for making the empowering choice with zero doubts.

The Air Trine adds a nice agreement between wants and needs - happiness, harmony and comfortable intensity all line up. So we have actions (Mars) and attraction (Venus) supported, albeit in very different ways. The net result is confidence to do what works for you, no matter what others think.
