understanding transit connections & patterns

Most posts online talk about the transit between the moon and your sun/rising, but what is the significance (if there’s any) when the full moon is in your moon. Simultaneously, what if there are other planets in alignment like the sun and your venus at the same time? What transits would you look for to find the significance?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
