What’s The Significance of Moon’s Phase in Natal Chart?

I’m a beginner and wondering what astrologers infer from the moon phase at the time of birth?

What would a full moon suggest? Or a waxing as opposed to waning moon?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
