Do placements falling DIRECTLY on AC/IC/DC/MC impact how to interpret the placement? How?

When I say placements falling on the cusp - I mean to the precise degree.

Should this influence how we interpret that placement?

However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
