Addiction and the houses

In the charts I’ve studied of addicts I know, and celebrities I’ve noticed a common theme of 6th house placements and 9th house placements. Particularly Neptune in the 6th. I’m wondering if other people have noticed this too. Are their any other illnesses you’ve found indicated in charts, too?
