Is there a website where we can find the dates in which all the planets were in specific positions?

I’m thinking you can pick the positions of every planet (maybe even down to degree) and then the website would generate dates in which all the planets were in those chosen positions. I might throw a party if I find such a website, haha.

Is the via combusta really Scorpio?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later.
