Looking for celebrity birth chart database to download

Hi! I'm aware there are many websites with celebrity birth charts, but I was wondering if any of them have the data available in CSV or similar format to download. I want to do some personal research and I think scraping the data will be difficult since there is so much.

Is the via combusta really Scorpio?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later.
