Venus conjuct Pluto coming in December

Just wondering if this transit could materialize in an event where there is a massive transfer of wealth. An event of some kind like a crash or disruption in the global stock market. Uranus square Saturn arriving as well. What do you guys think?

Is the via combusta really Scorpio?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later.
