Declinations - Ascendant

How do we find the declination of our ascendant? I see people stating a declination is X parallel ascendent. I know the declinations for planets can be found in an ephemeris but how does one calculate the declination of the angles?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
