precession of the equinox

How is the precession of the equinox taken into account in astrology? from what i understand the constellations and stars have moved a good amount since the time when astrology was first being developed?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
