Fast moving planets

Since we get the same transits every year with the fast moving planets (sun, moon, venus, mars, mercury) how can I know when they’re going to actually be impactful?

What happened to the two brilliant British astrologers?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
