Can Saturn square MC ever result in a positive experience?

I hear a lot of doom and gloom about Saturn square MC in transits, progressions, etc... can this combination ever result in a positive manner? Has anyone had positive experiences with this transit/progression?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
