is astro.com the most reliable chart rendering site?

I have been using cafeastrology for years, and was convinced that my moon was in the 8th house. It is very accurate to me and my experiences, and it just...made sense.

However, I hired someone to interpret my birth chart, (she's amazing btw) and she said that my moon was in the 9th. She used whole sign and astro.com. I'm confused as to what the differences may be between cafeastrology and astro.com, i had though cafeastrology also used whole sign? Is my moon really in the 9th after all? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later.
