May 30th, 2026: Neptune Quincunx South Node

  • Neptune in Aries quincunx the Virgo South Node (4 deg)

The impulsive new dream is incompatible with the past. This makes all kinds of sense when you remember Neptune rules the North Node (future).

But how might this play out? Quincunxes act like extremely unbalanced oppositions with a complete lack of awareness. There's no conscious reaction to the other side- you're just sticking with one energy without really knowing why. So you might find yourself clinging to old solutions, rigid logic and perfectionist habits (even more strongly than usual). Or, you ignore the past and its lessons while running towards something unproven and risky.

The South Node is not "bad"-if you forget about it, you cancel out everything that came before and that's not helpful. The quincunx asks that you keep making tiny adjustments to both sides so they can work together (you probably won't get it right the first time) .

So acknowledge the old problems and solutions - remember those lessons. But free yourself up to explore the impossible, the fresh magic. Keep yourself grounded with the logic you've learned but don't allow that logic to limit you.

As an interesting aside, the quincunx is associated with Virgo- small adjustments make it better. Keep refining the details. Keep inching towards the future while keeping an eye on the past (so you don't repeat the same mistakes). If what you're reaching for retreats/ends up being false, make a small course correction and try again.
