February 17th/Feb 20th Interpretations?

Newb w/ astrology so I don't know correct terms so I apologize...

I'm curious what your interpretations of February 17th and February 20th are?

Astrologytok keeps mentioning these dates are going to be crazy/gamechangers and to "hunker down" and "reserve your energy"... but from what? Is it because some things point in the direction that happened during the civil war/ww2? Just curious what y'all think and/or what y'all are doing to prepare if it's that crazy.
