Astrological chart of Cuba

Okay guys, since there's a solar eclipse in Aquarius coming soon (sign of collective and revolution) I wanted to check how is going to affect Cuba as a country, however, I'm seeing on internet they use 10/10/1868 as the "birth" of the country, that day what happened was the start of the fight for independence, however, the actual Cuba, in my opinion, started on 1/1/1959 with the Triumph of Revolution. So, has anyone analyzed this country astrologically before? Which date did you use?
