Signs across charts

An astrologer I follow says sun square Pluto and midheaven conj Pluto are signs of intense relationships of transformations(they use tf label).

But they say this is only in the synastry chart.

Would you agree or would you consider this placement important on different charts?

I see the synastry as the relationship itself, the composite as the relationship as a third entity, progressed composite with relevant energies currently impacting, first meeting chart as potential, and I like to look at all charts.

If Plu[]Sun or Plu*MC was on any of these it would be significant

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra.
