What’s more challenging: Saturn return or Saturn conjunct natal moon?

Looking into these aspects and it seems like they’re both tough. The first appears to reconstruct so much of your life (which could be good or bad) whereas the second transit seems like it deals with a lot of pain (if you’re not prepared).

They both seem like major upheavals, but I feel like I rarely hear ppl discuss transit saturn conjunct natal moon.

Thoughts?
