Reading the Structure of the Soul by Jeffrey Wolf Green - not feeling it so far! What am I missing?

I had high hopes for this one but so far it isn't resonating with me. In the book, he describes Pluto in the ninth house in Leo as indicative of the soul's desire to learn about the natural laws of the cosmos through creation. That strikes me as incredibly vague statement that could apply to anyone, as we are all creative beings and all subject to the laws of the cosmos. I am not sure whether to continue reading or pivot to a different author. Either way, I would love to hear people's thoughts on his work and ideas, I am open to having my mind changed but would also just love to hear other people's perspectives!

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later.
