(Traditional) Does anyone have any information on the technique called “Moon under the Bonds?”

It’s said to be a condition similar to planets under the beams, but different because the Moon is a Luminary and there is no Cazimi moment. But the Moon goes “under the bonds” when she comes within 15 degrees of the Sun (Balsamic or New Moon phase) and it’s associated with hidden and clandestine things because the Moon is completely invisible in the sky, so nights during this period are pitch black (excluding artificial lighting).

I can’t find a lot of information on this but it seems very important as the relationship between the Sun and Moon is paramount. Does anyone know where I can find more information?
