As someone new to astrology and the houses, do individuals with mercury in the twelfth house have a learning disability?

I’m looking into the houses and am fan instead by them especially the twelfth house, people have told me the twelfth house is a problematic placement as it’s the house of the undoing, ending, and what’s hidden or basically, the trapped house. I’m curious, does this mean that individuals in the twelfth house have a good chance of being autistic and or any other learning disability, or is this the wrong perspective of thinking that mercury rules over?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
