Where does everyone look to for info on the moon?

I’m looking for a place to start with astrology and I’ve been wanting to start with the moon for a while, how do you keep up with what house the moon is in, moon stages and what it all means regarding astrology? Needing a very informative website or app for a beginner :) tia

Edit - advice on how to phrase my question when searching through google would be good too, or just anything you recommend me research really

Is the via combusta really Scorpio?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later. Because when it has you match Libra vs Scorpio type traits, I come out more definitely Scorpio.
