Relocation Chart Study of Famous and Wealthy People?

Is anyone aware of a video, article/blog, or podcast where someone has studied famous or wealthy people who relocated and then became successful? Like many people move to LA and then become famous, I am curious how their chart changed to support and facilitate fame.

I know a comedian, Katharine Ryan, who was born and raised in Canada and the moved to the UK and became famous af after she stumbled into comedy. There are other examples, some of less popular people.

Is this a thing?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later.
