Do you believe in fate or free will?

If you believe the stars reflect what we do or feel, then do you believe everything we do is already set in stone?

Personally, I think it's both. We have free will, we're not doomed or destined for any one thing, but it's also already written out. How else can you explain predictive astrology?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later. Because when it has you match Libra vs Scorpio type traits, I come out more definitely Scorpio.
