I have read that Pluto on the ascendant is a rare event. Is this true?

How many of you have had Pluto transit on their Ascendant? What does this transit indicate and how does it impact a person?

Does it impact their appearance? Since the 1st H is about physical aspects? But I’ve read it can be quite a transformative experience?
