Do the houses that planets transit matter more than the signs they transit to? I understand it’s all a blend of importance with a natal chart, but what about transits?

I use astroseek to check transits and they are strangely accurate. Astroseek seems to mention the house a planet is in more often than the sign with the transit aspects and the bottom chart saying which house each planet is transiting. It does not offer this chart for the signs, you have to look at your personal transit chart to figure it out.

Say someone’s moon was transiting the 8th house/Aries, would they feel the influence of the 8th house more than Aries? Does it depend on your natal placements?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later.
