How to interpret what themes will be prevalent during our profection years?

i know that each house has certain themes and symbolism attached to them but i feel like those are a bit vague? based on my chart and what year i’m approaching, should i also be looking at the sign and planet that rules that house? (examples would be appreciated!)

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
