planetary joys

so ive been trying to solidify my understanding of the houses, and something i thought was interesting was planetary joys. the book im reading right now doesnt really elaborate on them, just saying that the planets are more effective in their expression when they fall under there. i asked around and people said that its not really a dignity, and more of a minor thing.
do you guys take planetary joys into consideration? what do you think they would mean with benefic/malefic planets?

Is the via combusta really Scorpio?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later. Because when it has you match Libra vs Scorpio type traits, I come out more definitely Scorpio.
