Detriment/fall planets in their house rulers?

What might come of a challenging placement in its planetary ruler’s house? For example, a 6H Virgo Venus, 10H cap moon, 11H aqua sun, etc. Do placements like these gain any benefit from being in the house the sign itself is most comfortable in?

However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
