What are things to do/avoid during eclipse season?

I know with the Taurus and Scorpio eclipses, a lot of change is expected to happen especially for people with those placements. Are there actions that should be done/avoided to make sure that this time isn’t rougher than it needs to be?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
