How do astrology apps/websites choose which transits are most relevant to you that day. Is it random?

I always wonder because we have several transits in our charts, how do these programs/astrologers etc choose which one to display? Is it based on “strength” or relevance? Is it random? What are the most trusted apps/programs/astrologers/websites and why?
