Out of Sign Aspects - Conjunctions, Oppositions, Squares etc

What is the best way to interpret/to read aspects where the planets are out of sign but well within the aspect parameters - less than 5 degrees? Since the energy may not exactly fit the usual reading, how do you change the interpretation to understand how they work?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
