House systems between two people natally and how that relates to synastry

I just had wondered about this now, but what if one person personally relates to Placidus for their natal chart and another person prefers Whole for their’s, and then if you were going to a synastry, how would that go? Essentially, would you just have to try out the synastry chart for both systems ?

Is the via combusta really Scorpio?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later. Because when it has you match Libra vs Scorpio type traits, I come out more definitely Scorpio.
