Can you give your opinion on how to spot the real estate market trends based on a country’s chart?

I’m ultra curious about the Jupiter ingress into Pisces since Pisces is the US’s 4th house. Also I’m thinking the very recent ultra unusual price rise is due to Jupiter crossing the moon (exact at 26 something) in Aquarius. Since Saturn is in AQ squaring Uranus, my thought process was: increase (Jupiter) of isolated/restricted (Saturn) available homes (moon) on the market = price rise. And I feel Jupiter in Pisces will make homes more readily available so pricing would overall drop.

Any input? Comments? Suggestions?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra.
