When interpreting a stellium in a birth chart, do the planets in the stellium matter? Or just the house & sign?

Would the planets change the normal interpretation of a stellium? Does it matter if the planetary ruler of that house or sign is in it? What about the Sun?

However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
