Uranus/Neptune in the First House

So I’m tracking that Uranus and Neptune are transpersonal planets and therefore don’t necessarily effect your personality but rather have a generational effect. How does this play out when they’re in the first house though? Which if I’m not mistaken, isn’t first house core personality traits? Thanks.

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
