Squares in synastry

Hello , in astrological synastry squares between innr planets of 2 person are considered as negative or Tensioning. But I have read that planets in angular houses are good. But planets on the 1st, 4th,10th,7th are squares to the ascendant of the other person, that is contradictioning to the thesis that squares are bad in synastry.

Is the via combusta really Scorpio?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later.
