Hello in case of another persons sun in own 12th house, who does the 12 th house effect . Is the 12th house felt by the sun or the house person , I know it is a mutuam impact. But who does it effect actively. Does it impact the sun persons behaviour tlwards the house person. Or does the house person feel the way of the house the other person sun is in , when cooperating with the other person .

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra.
