May 31st, 2021: Past And Future Meet

• Mars in Cancer trine Neptune/Pallas in Pisces (23 deg)

The Sun/North Node conjunction activates your path forward. Here is the choice, message or fact that you can build on and that points the way to the future. However, Mercury (ruler of Gemini) is Rx so there's a sense of looking back/looking again in order to move forward. This seems counterintuitive but all it means is that progress will not be a straight shot. There will be delays and you'll have to ask some pointed questions (and maybe change your initial decision). Or, perhaps a message from the past is what you need to hear right now. 

Mars activates yesterday's Neptune/Pallas conjunction. You're encouraged to act on the dream, beautiful pattern or compassionate strategy. This will all be very intuitive, contrasting with the pure logic of the Sun/North Node. 

While you're analyzing, pay attention to where your emotions are pulling you. What feels comfortable/nurturing/good? What actions do you want to expand on? The initial effort will cause ripples that reach out and have consequences that you can't fully predict. But the ripples will move along a natural path (you won't have to force anything). If it doesn't happen easily, just leave it alone. 

Today's energy is not fast but you should find that things move smoothly. Watch for events to click into place. If you become swamped by emotion/nostalgia (the past becomes a bit heavy) remember that the North Node is activated so you are on the threshold of something new. Try looking at the past with a critical eye. Align your actions with what feels safe rather than reactivating old addictions. Swim with the current and release old grudges/habits. 

This is a moment where energies of the past and future are meeting- let your gut tell you what's safe and your head tell you what's smart.
