Premature babies charting

Hello so I work in healthcare. I am currently in paediatrics. As I work more with kids and new borns. There are a lot of issues with premature babies such as development, size and nutritional intake.

Therefore, they need to be corrected to their appropriate age if they were born too early. This is because the premature babies will develop slower than the mature babies at the same birth age.

For example: If a baby was born at 30 weeks. They are at 8 months for their birth age. But really they will be around 6 months in age because they were came out too early to the due date.

So my question is do you guys think that it would affect the babies personality and potential of being a different sign and have a completely different chart and should we calculate for that??
