The Sun continues the March 31st theme of Venus harmonizing with the South Node. The past or a culminating issue is still being energized in a hopeful and passionate way. Certain events/habits flow smoothly. An old promise has new life. Ego and confidence are based on what was and courage is easily accessed.
The Sun is also activating the North Node so the wisest use of this energy would be to take that confidence and power forward. Don’t just accept the present belief or ongoing promise- break it down into details and actively choose to move beyond what’s habitual.
A project, goal or creative work is unfolding smoothly because the larger current (of society) is easy to tap into. You’re not struggling to swim upstream but don’t get complacent- you can do more and take it further.
Vesta/Pallas suggests tension involving precise focus versus diffuse patterns. The fixation on a flaw can distract you from creative work or unproven strategies can undermine a necessary fix. Whatever side you’re on, this opposition will intensify it because you’re at a turning point. Are you blocking your intuition/healing or are unsubstantiated whispers pulling you away from reality?
Note that Vesta and Pallas both represent different aspects of virginity. Vesta is about energy that’s focused in one area, to the exclusion of all else (and this can include sacred sexuality that’s used for a specific purpose). Pallas is about sexual energy that’s channeled into creativity or work (Pallas is often associated with celibacy). The Virgo/Pisces axis is synonymous with purity and sacrifice, so consider if the expression of your sexuality is reaching a turning point here. Is something being denied or do you need a reminder of what’s sacred?
This opposition will reoccur on July 13th, so the process of addressing this will take a few months. Use the Sun’s activation of the North Node to start now - ask questions and look at both sides of the issue. Examine where you’re blocked or if you’re trying to avoid reality.
