Lot of anxiety regarding the Virgo full moon

I’m not sure is this the right place to post this but I am currently battling severe anxiety and a couple days ago I saw a video on tik tok about the upcoming Virgo full moon that has had me feeling extremely anxious since. She basically was saying beware of this full moon and that it could impact on health. I am a massive hypochondriac and I am just so freaked out.

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra.
