y do i feel like venus is rarely ever in libra

i look at a lot of ppls birth charts (celebs and friends) and i rarely ever see ppl w venus in libra out of all the ppl i research and i only have like one friend w that placement is there like a reason why

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra.
