What is the effect of the chart ruler square Saturn?

I’m a Virgo rising with a Virgo Mercury at 28 degrees in the 1st house, squaring Saturn in Gemini at 29 degrees in the 10th house. That can’t be great for the chart ruler right? My Mercury is also conjunct my Mars in Virgo (25 degrees) which is also square Saturn but not as tight. Libra sun and moon (conjunction) in the 2nd house btw if that means anything.

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later.
