Before you react, consider if your habits or independence are really being directly impacted. If you step back from the issue can you gain a different perspective? This energy is highly motivating -  if you keep your temper, you can use it to take concrete action that impacts your place in the group. Fortify your independence without lashing out at others. Get noticed for your innovation and courage rather than your destructive rebellion.
