Costar knows my crush??

I know costar isn’t the most accurate app after seeing some of the posts here, but I was wondering if anyone else has felt the same way about costar. My app only gives me VERY specific romantic content with my crush, and not with other people on the app. I’m skeptical about it, does costar keep tabs on how many times I’ve checked their specific horoscope?? :0

Is the via combusta really Scorpio?

My ascendent is - according to birth certificate time - 27 degrees Libra. But I was just playing around with a rectification app and realized that if I didn't know the exact time, I'd definitely rectify it to 15 minutes later.
