Which House rules a Doctor’s Patients?

I know the 6th house rules health, daily work, and service, while the 7th house governs one-on-one relationships.

I’m curious about how to determine whether a doctor’s patients are humans or animals. Some astrologers emphasize the 7th house but from what I understand the 6th house is more about the type of patients.

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
