Noob Research Questions

I've recently started researching birth charts and horoscope construction, and I came across something pretty interesting, and I wanted to get the input from the community that has been helping me along this journey. Has anyone heard of/looked into the Barnum Effect? I was wondering if anyone could help me understand it bc just when I thought I was on the right track, BAM!, I come across conflicting information. Thanks in advance!

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
