Birth location?

I was wondering how much birth location mattered in the chart. I was thinking it would only matter in terms of time zones, for example if somebody was born in the east or west coast of America it would make a difference due to time zones, but would it make a difference in the chart if someone were born in Florida vs Virginia for example, if it’s the same time zone?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
